At Jardin, we distinguish ourselves from traditional retirement villages and other seniors living communities. Here, you’re not just a resident; you’re a homeowner in a vibrant strata community. Similar to any standard residential property purchase, you buy and own your property outright. The only stipulation is that at least one occupant must be over 55 years old.

As an owner, you pay quarterly strata fees, and you control how your community is managed unlike in a retirement village where you pay monthly service fees, and the operator decides how the community is managed.

After the successful release of Stage 1 of Jardin and all residents now moved in, we are thrilled to announce the release of Jardin – Stage 2.
